NEET PG 2024: Exam Preponed

The National Medical Commission (NMC) has changed the date for the NEET PG 2024 exam. It was supposed to be held on July 7, 2024, but now it will be on June 23, 2024.

The NEET PG exam is for students who want to pursue postgraduate medical studies. The deadline for completing their internship remains the same, which is important for eligibility.

The exam was planned for March 3, but it will now be held on July 7 after the NMC received requests from many applicants. Now, they’ve decided to change it to June 23. After the exam, the NMC will announce the results on July 15. Then, the counselling process for NEET PG will start on August 5 and continue until August 10.

The NEET PG 2024 exam date has been changed. Now is going to be held on July 7, 2024, but now it’s on June 23, 2024. It’s important to note that the last date for completing the internship requirement remains the same, which is August 15, 2024.

Candidates who want to take the exam need to register online and submit their application forms. After the exam, the National Board of Examinations for Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will announce the results by July 15, 2024. Counselling for NEET PG will start on August 5 and continue until August 10, 2024.

NEET PG is an important exam for taking admission into MD, MS, or postgraduate diploma programs in India. In NEET PG 2024, the exam will be of 800 marks with 200 multiple-choice questions. Each correct answer gets 4 marks, and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. There’s no penalty for unanswered questions. The exam is conducted online in computer-based testing mode and lasts for 3 hours and 30 minutes.
