Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is preparing for the annual exams for 12th-grade students for the 2023-2024 batch. Admit cards will be shared on their official website cbse.gov.in, around February 2024. The exams for CBSE Class 12 are scheduled to be on February 15, 2024.
The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) will release the Class 12 Admit Cards around the end of January 2024. Exams will be scheduled from February 15 to April 2024, and results will be expected in May 2024.
CBSE Class 12 Admit Card 2024:
The CBSE board plans to release the admit cards for both regular and private candidates in February 2024. If you’re a regular candidate, your school will also provide you with the admit card, or else you can download it.
For private candidates, you can download it online from the official website cbse.gov.in.
How to Download CBSE Board Exam 2024 Admit Cards:
- Go to the official website: cbse.gov.in
- Choose the “Pariksha Sangam” option.
- Click on “Continue.”
- Select the “Schools” option.
- Click on “Admit Card, Centre Material for Main Exam 2024.”
- Fill in your credentials.
- Download the admit card.
- Print it out and laminate it for safekeeping.

- Name of the Student: (Your full name registered with the board).
- Roll Number: (A unique identification number assigned to you for the examination).
- Name of the Examination: (CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2024).
- Father’s Name: (Your father’s full name).
- Mother’s Name: (Your mother’s full name).
- School Name: (The name of the school you’re enrolled in).
- Centre Name: (The name of the examination center where you’ll be taking the exams).
- Centre Code: (Specific code assigned to your examination center).
- Name and Address of the Examination Centre: (The full address of the place where you’ll be taking your exams).
- Subjects and Codes: (List of the subjects you’ll be examined on, along with their respective codes).

- Guidelines/Instructions: (Important instructions and guidelines to follow during the examination. Make sure to read carefully).
Guidelines to be followed for the Examination:
- Carry your Admit Card with you throughout the examination. It’s a must.
- Reach the examination center at least 30 minutes before the exam starts. Punctuality is key.
- Bring all necessary items like stationery, water bottles, etc. on your own.
- Items like water bottles, stationery pouches, and writing pads must be transparent.
- Students should not engage in any unfair practices during the exams. Following the rules is crucial, and failure to do so might have serious consequences.
- Leave all electronic devices outside the examination hall. They are strictly prohibited.
- Carry a hard copy of your admit card. It’s your entry ticket to the exam.
- Hand sanitizer and a mask. These are important for maintaining hygiene and safety.
- Bring all the required stationery, such as pens, pencils, and erasers for your exams.
- Always have an extra set of pens that you’re comfortable writing with. It’s a good precautionary measure.
- Bring a small water bottle in case you get thirsty during the exam. It’s essential to stay hydrated.
- Have an analog watch with you to keep track of the time during the exam. This can be very helpful in managing your time effectively.
