Inter-College Debate To Mark Wetland Day

The Navi Mumbai Environment Preservation Society and various NGOs work together in the environment protection field. They also collaborated with DY Patil deemed university and arranged the inter-college debate recently. They organized the inter-college debate to mark the wetland day. This debate involves a number of students from several colleges so they can mark World Wetland Day at DY Patil Auditorium on Saturday.  

Who attend the inter-college debate?

The long-day occasion could have panelists like Abhijit Ghorpade, director of weather movement cell, Government of Maharashtra, Rajlakshmi Patil, chancellor D Y Patil University, Dayanand Stalin, CEO, Vanashakti, Nandkumar Pawar, environmentalist. They will speak about a number of problems related to environmental safety. Where the World Wetlands Day celebrates

World Wetlands Day was determined at Vellalore Lake here on Friday. Several occasions have been organized by Kovai Kulangal Pathukapu Amaipu (KKPA), together with The Nature and Butterfly Society (TNBS) and Coimbatore Nature Society (CNS).

A cognizance program on wetlands, birds, and butterflies was held for college and college students. An image exhibition on birds and butterflies was also a part of the program.

This is our annual function to stress the need to safeguard the surroundings.”  A seminar on the renovation of wetlands has been scheduled, attracting college students from numerous schools as they’ll discuss and debate essential environmental conservation subjects.

15 colleges attend the wetland day seminar

The contributors will gift their perspectives in front of representatives from different schools, well-known personalities in the environmental conservation area, and senior government functionaries. A skit performance on the subject matter of wetlands and pictures and a short movie presentation could be every other highlight. An organizer stated that 15 colleges would take part in the seminar.
