Complaint Redressal

AWBI.in adheres to the Code of Ethics & Broadcasting Standards and News Broadcasting Standards Regulations of the News Broadcasters & Digital Association (NBDA). Complaints regarding any content published on AWBI.in shall be made within the stipulated time, which shall not be more than 7 days after the first publication. Such complaint shall be made to the Grievance Officer nominated by the complainant, details of which are given below.

If someone wishes to make a complaint about a violation of the Code concerning content on AWBI.in, the complaint redressal mechanism is a “two-tier” process. Any person aggrieved by the content of the above-mentioned channels must first lodge a complaint with the Compliance Officer of AWBI.in.
