EdCIL PGT Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
The Educational Qualifications & Eligibility for the PGT Teachers are given below. It is important for applicants to meet these eligibility criteria to apply for PGT posts.
- Master’s Degree in the relevant area from a recognized college with at least 60% marks.
- Bachelor’s of Education (B. Ed.) Degree from a recognized college is obligatory for teachers applying for the posts of PGT Mathematics, PGT Chemistry and PGT Physics.
- Bachelor’s of Education (B. Ed.) A degree from an identified college is best (not obligatory) for the post of PGT Computer Science / ICT.
- Proficiency in teaching in English Language.
- The PGT instructor has to have 5 years of work experience in coaching in the applicable subjects in the 11th and 12th grades.
- High proficiency in the use of generation for schooling.
- Maximum age of 55 years to become eligible for EdCIL recruitment posts
- Maintain proper physical health and own no medical conditions that could restrict the shipping of their application at some point during the settlement term. Candidates shall be required to submit a medical certificate at the time of becoming a member.
