According to media reports, Mukesh Ambani gifted a 22-storey building worth about Rs 1,500 crore to his friend and one of the most hardworking employees of the company, Manoj Modi, in the year 2022. It has been named ‘Vrindavan‘. This house is located on Nepean Sea Road in South Mumbai, which is a posh area adjacent to Malabar Hill.
The site is surrounded by sea on three sides. The building, spread over an area of 1.7 lakh square feet, has been designed by Talati & Partners LLP and some of the furniture has been sourced from Italy.
There are many claims, but it is a bit difficult to say what is the truth. Ambani family or Reliance have not given any official statement regarding this. However, on the condition of anonymity, a high-ranking official of Reliance has confirmed this.

Manoj Harivanjan Modi is currently serving as a Director at Reliance Retail and Reliance Jio. In April 2020, Manoj Modi also led the big deal of Reliance Jio with social media giant Facebook. This Rs 43,000 crore deal played an important role in making Reliance debt-free.
