Eligibility Criteria for PSSSB Labor Inspector 2024
In order to be considered for a position as a Labor Inspector (Grade-I) in the Department of Labor, Government of Punjab, a candidate must be at least 18 years old and older than 37 on January 1, 2024, and have completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. The Punjab government has decided to grant candidates who identify as SC, BC, or EWS an upper-age relaxation.
Qualifications for education:
(i) A graduate degree from an accredited university or other institution is required for employment as a labor inspector.
(ii) For the positions of Technician Grade 3 and Technical Officer, candidates must meet the following requirements: (i) pass the 10+2 exam from an accredited school; (ii) complete a three-year Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course that has been approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India; and (iii) have a Computer Information Technology course that is equivalent to the DOEACC’s “O” level certificate.
(iii) Technical Officers and Technician Grade 3: (i) Must have completed a three-year program in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India; (ii) Must have completed a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to the DOEACC’s “O” level certificate. (iv) Must have passed the 10+2 Examination from a recognized university or institution.
