RRB ALP SYLLABUS: RRB ALP represents the Railway Recruitment Board Assistant Loco Pilot. 1st stage of CBT for Assistant Loco Pilot & Technician Posts:

The 1st stage of the recruitment process is the Computer-Based Test (CBT), which is common for Assistant Loco Pilot and technician posts. This stage comprises 75 questions covering Mathematics, General Intelligence and reasoning, General Science, and General Awareness of Current Affairs. 

2nd stage of CBT for Assistant Loco Pilot & Technician Posts 

The second stage of the CBT for Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician positions involves two parts:

Part A consists of four subjects – Mathematics, Basic Science and Engineering, General Intelligence and Reasoning, and General Awareness. Part B focuses on questions related to the specific trade relevant to the position.

RRB ALP SYLLABUS

Candidates who are seeking for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) position, are required to achieve a minimum score of 42 marks in each of the tests. The merit list for ALP will be compiled exclusively from candidates who qualify for the Aptitude Test. The merit calculation should be 70% of the marks obtained in Part A of the Second Stage Computer-Based Test and 30% marks obtained in the overall exam.
