The makers have confirmed its digital premiere on Netflix which is earlier than expected for any film. This was one of the biggest films of the year 2023 and it came after Dunki in theatres but it will stream earlier than that.

The movie had a successful running in theatres and it earned 457 crores till now and makers have planned to drop this online for digital streaming.

Netflix has officially acquired the rights to release the movie Salaar on their platform. They paid a huge amount of Rs 162 crore for the rights to show the movie in five different languages. According to the recent announcement, Salaar will stream on Netflix from 12 January. People who have a subscription to it can watch the movie online.

Salaar ott release date is near and it comes to streaming services about 45 days after it’s shown in theatres. But they might wait longer if the movie is still doing well in theatres. This deal for Salaar is a big deal because it’s the most expensive deal ever for a South Indian film on a streaming platform. The movie Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire has been a big hit at the theatres since it came out on December 22.
